My sincere thanks to the great folks at the First Unitarian Church of Orlando for hosting the screening of Filthy Dreamers. It was an engaged audience of more than 20 folks who asked great questions about the film and Going Ape. I talked with them about the state science standards revision process, textbook selections, the Florida Citizens for Science organization and how history seems to keep on repeating itself here in Florida. I love sharing this relevant information with people who truly care about what’s going on in their communities, schools and state.
